    Thanks for posting op.

Just wondering, how do these compare with a current gen Apple Watch?

Are they still lagging behind? Value opinions on here more than paid reviews etc...not being lazy.

    Thanks for you thoughts.

apple watch is still better overall

the gen 5 fossil runs faster than before due to 1gb ram

you have to ask yourself what do you need / want the watch to do?

do you really need apps or would a simpler watch without apps (but with better battery life) do?

or look at Samsung which has some apps (less than wear os) but better battery life

sports tracking is not up to the level of garmin

android pay on wear devices still disabled in Ireland whereas apple pay works.

apple watches don't work with android phones

Never knew Google Pay didn't work on watches here. They'd a downer

Thanks Glasso - Much appreciated...... I'll leave it for now I think.

Seriously impressed by a friends Apple Watch but not seeing anything like it in the Android sphere yet so will wait on a bit more.

    There is a workaround

Haven't tried it myself yet but will do, if you find the other fossil watch (older, cheaper version I think) thread here in bargain alerts from a few weeks ago it's outlined in there I think
