Some of you good folks might know if any of the call centres do work from home work.. The person is willing to do evenings etc but it must be work from home and must be part time or flexible..
The person has a L8 Science degree so complicated calls not a problem or dealing with dificult people..

Science degree an dealing with difficult people are two entirely different things.

    Bless indeed
I probably worded that poorly ok.
I intended them as separate points as they have worked customer facing rolls in the past.

I’m just trying to get information to pass on to someone who’s trying to get back on their feet, no need to talk down to anyone.

Have a look at Calibra Customer Care. They are owned by Facebook so confirmed to be working from home until 2021. Interviews all done through video conference

Some of it might be contract work but worth a go
