Is moving house/apartment "essential"?

    Hi all,

I am hoping to move out of my Dublin apartment before the end of May.

However, I am currently in Tipperary (have been staying in my family home for the past 2 months).

Do you think it would be acceptable for me to drive from Tipperary to Dublin to collect my belongings?

If I am not able to move out, I will have to continue paying rent.
I am now unemployed so cannot afford that.

    Any advice appreciated!

    Thanks,
    orangetictac

Yeah it’s alright. If you’re stopped by a guard and say you’re moving most don’t have a problem with it, I did it last week.
