    The equivalent component on the in-wall version of the 88 is just push/friction mounted and can pop off in similar circumstances. I had to replace the main dial due to it eventually wearing out and falling off nearly every time - was a few quid from Shower Doctors who I think are the Mira spares dealer.

    A few of the rear of the bit that's come off may help

    I can get those bits back in but the real issue seems to be getting this part tightly back where it should be, I'm thinking I may need to remove it altogether to realign it properly

    The wife managed to removed the front casing of the shower in her eagerness to turn it off during the week, I'm struggling to figure how to fix it, please see pics ......


    You should be able to find the installation instructions online in PDF. You should find the information you need there

    I managed to get to the root of the problem ..... there are 2 drive lugs which connect into the flow control lever with 3 "teeth" on each lug. All of these teeth bar one are broken off on mine (Quite flimsy imo).

    Will have to see if the lugs can be replaced or else it's a complete new shower. Have emailed the showerdoctors to see.
