Check tax and nct status of a car

    Hi Lads,

    Just wondering if we have a similar site to the dvla which will let you know if a car has tax and nct.

    I know there are some car history check sites but something government and free would be handy if it existed.

    You can check NCT on their site. No idea about tax

    Carsireland.ie is good for tax,

    Pretend to sell the car, put the reg in, and it’ll auto populate the tax expiry.

    Motortax.ie handy to check if ownership of vehicle changed in last 3 months to determine if someone is flogging on something they just bought.
