    Hi All,
Looking for advise here and if worth following up with small claims court. I have a flight booked with Ryanair leaving at 10:30am.
I received an email stating flight schedule change. Booking has now changed to the 6:30am flight. Flight number has also changed.

My view is that they have cancelled the 10:30 and moved us to the 6:30 flight. Is this allowed? Should I be entitled to a refund?

There was no option to reject the flight schedule change, just a link to accept which I haven’t done.. flight is going in 2 weeks.

    Thanks

i got my email today that my flight wasnt going ahead in jun with a link to apply for a refund

in the dropdown box one of the options for requesting a refund was if flight time changed (+/- 3hrs from original scheduled departure time)
