    Hi,

Iv noticed a leak in my burner.

Around the pump area. About 1 drop every minute, when off.

    Leak is near the pump.

See attached photos, which shows the drop building up before it falls (highlighted within red circle)

Any idea where this is coming from, or how best to repair? Is it a seal or gasket of some sort, or a pipe connection / rubber? Or maybe i just need to squeeze / tighten something?

    Any advice much appreciated.

Possibly the "O" ring under the gauze cover got pinched after cleaning. Try giving those 4 allen screws a tighten to see if that helps.

Could be where the flexible hose screws in. Be careful tightening that, if it's already tight enough you could strip the threads on the pump.

Could be the pump shaft seal.

Keep wiping and watching or feeling to see if you can find the exact spot.

possibly coming from the top of the pump where the stem valve sits

take the coil off the top of the pump and observe

13 year old burner could be coming from anywhere

You got exactly the correct advice here. Short of one of us calling around for a look, what do you think is missing?
