Raised Sleeper Beds Around Shed

So currently in middle of my 1st DIY project - raised treated sleeper beds with a patio for back garden. Did a fair bit of planning and seems to be working out ok so far. Yet the issue below I didn't really account for too much and I believe its something that, if not done correctly, could come back to haunt me in a few years.

I am looking for ideas when it comes to the sleepers going around the garden shed in the corner. Sleepers at shortest length are 700mm coming out from wall, varying to 900mm in places. When it comes to the shed would it be best to have inner wall of sleepers up against shed or would a bit of marine ply screwed into the shed be enough? Obviously don't want soil up against the shed.

Yes I know shed needs a lick of paint . Its only a few years old so plan on keeping it.

You're gonna want space for air to flow under the shed, some maybe an inner wall of sleepers with a gap between them and the shed? You'd only notice it close up
