    Hi just want to ask does anyone know how long does jsa take and can you go to the community welfare officer in the meantime ? Thanks

    Paper applications being processed fairly quickly but depends on circumstances. Mine was processed in 24 hours after waiting in the online queue for 6 weeks. Other posters have recently reported turnaround of 1-2 weeks.

    Yes you can go to the CWO if you need support in the interim.
