Switching Mortgage

Hey. The mortgage has c. 24 years to run. Coming off a fixed rate in July. Original plan was to switch in order to take about 5 years off the term. Would involve an extra 150 odd per month.

Now though there's obviously more uncertainty about salary given all that had happened. I'm thinking it might be best to fix for another year and then make a more informed choice this time next year.

    Thoughts?
