Problem With External Drive

    Hi all

    I have Xbox One S, I have an external HDD attached, Xbox sees it no probs

    I have been downloading games to it via EA and game pass.

    Once everything is down loaded, the Xbox drops the HDD and won’t play anything

    I gave tried different cables , ports . I reformatted the HDD, plugged it in again, all good, downloaded games and then gone again

    Any ideas? It had been working without issues up until this week
