Fast forward 13 years & we’ll have the quarantine teenagers.

Baby booms in small western nations won't rattle the needle much, nor indeed all western nations for that matter. The developing world is in a constant baby boom.

We actually need more people to die so that we don't become an outright locust species. Covid was a wet blanket in that respect.
But mama nature might not be done yet on that front. We'll see.

The only alternative to that would be everybody live a really simplistic life in material terms. Subsistence.

I imagine this will be more likely to cause a spike in the divorce rate rather than the birth rate.
