I own a 5 bed room house in a Rural town. I have group of 6 building workers looking for period of 3 or 4 weeks. I was getting 150 per week for last 18 month what should I ask for it for going forward.

I know you said rural town, but some rural towns are within RPZ areas. Is your property in a RPZ?
