    Hi Support

was wondering is there any way to see the location of the shared sewer online?

Our folio shows the sewer line but we are connected to a different one.

It was approved by planning when the house was build but nothing in the planning docs shows the location.

So is there a online webpage that shows the location of sewer lines or can I request them from Irish Water?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

Apologies; however maps of the public network are unavailable on our website. Irish Water is responsible for the public wastewater network and a private shared sewer would fall outside of our remit.

In order to obtain maps of water and wastewater infrastructure in your area, we advise that you contact the Planning Department in your Local Authority who will be able to provide all relevant historical details.

    Kind regards,
    Niamh
