renting single parent

    Hi all,

    Long story short I am a single father with a friend who is also a single father trying to find accommodation in Dublin.

    We're trying to find like minded people who would be willing to share a house together and also looking for any information as to how we may be able to get a mortgage from anywhere.

    Both in full time employment but are not entitled to HAP as apparently we earn too much despite most of our paychecks going on maintenance to our ex partners.

    We are at our whits end applying for rooms on Daft etc only to be shunned for the fact we have kids.

    Would love to hear any advice or from anyone in a similar position that may be looking for something similar in a house share with kids situation
