    Anyone know if I can just purchase a sim card with 3 without having to buy a plan ? tis confusing on the 3 website. Is there not an option to buy a sim and top up only when you need to ?

    I have an old phone that I just want for my daughter to use WhatsApp only on wifi but obviously require a phone number to validate
