Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Do you have a view on rental prices - i.e are they likely to stay same, fall or rise?
    There is definitely more apartments and houses available but prices still very high despite of current sitation.

    The market is pretty much frozen at the moment. We'll really have no idea what's going to happen until restrictions start to ease.

    Current situation is that you can't evict anyone. Thus, anyone out of a job, can't pay, won't be evicted. Situation probably won't become evident until a month after the restrictions ease.
