VW T4 specialists? Heater matrix replacement 2.4 diesel, Midlands

    Hi folks - Have a camper that needs some TLC. One of the jobs is replacing a leaky heater matrix.
    Lots of conflicting ideas on line of how to go at this..... Some requiring the whole dash to come out.
    Seems to be an easier job on the 1.9 as opposed to the 2.4

    This is a 1992 2.4 with no air con.

    Anyone know of any decent Transporter specialists that might have done this job and could advise/I could run to with my tail between my legs if I balls this up?
