"Clunking" noise from hot tank

Hi All, So an issue with the hot tank at the moment where if you run the hot taps anywhere in the house you hear this low banging/clunking noise from the hot tank. From inspection it looks like the expansion tank is full of water the whole time (dont think this is supposed to be the case)…

Reckon I need to replace that tank, so I've discovered the bloody label is right at the back of the tank so I've just about managed to get a look at the label.

From what I can tell the expansion tank is:

Zilmet 3.3 bar 22 litre tank (Type 24).

Serial 199509

I can't seem to find the equivalent now so I'm wondering what's the best course of action?
