    It incurs a €3 charge though if your order is less than €30

    I ordered two, but when I picked them up the price had changed to €12 each, WTF?!

    Shouldn't they be locked in at the price I ordered them at?

    I ordered one for collection today and see its 12.06 ...on checking email order it does say this is a Guide price and can change up or down depending on offers so probably no comeback, still ok value at €12.06 I suppose.

    I just picked this up today, 12.06 (plus 3) charged to my card.

    Complained to customer service, got refunded 6.12 Euro. I had a printout of the online docket saying 5.94 for the Slow Cooker. So if you have all the printouts and recipts, maybe give your customer service desk a try .
