Extra Sky Q mini box?

    So I need an extra Sky Q mini box. I already have one extra mini boxbut need one more. In the UKyou can order one thru your current Sky q box and they cost 50 quid currently. They post themout and you just plug it in an pair it to your main box. No engineer needed.

    Here though, no way to order it without calling them. Current wait times over an hour so not ideal. And after getting a response from Sky Ireland Help on twitter they say in Ireland, you need an engineer visit. They didn't reply wit a price.

    Has anyone here obtained an extra mini box from Sky and if so, what was involved please?
    Would like some idea of whether it is worth waiting an hor on the phone or not.

    *edit* just got another reply...120 to "install" the box. Very tempted to just quit them to be honest at that price.
