I haven’t been notified but my online dash has shown a change in a service I’m paying for.

It’s in my favour but I’d rather stick to the agreed contract.

Can I opt of if this change/contract?

From speaking to others they all got the same.

Normmaly, a change in terms give one a 30 day penalty free cancellation window, and (unless extra options listed in your contact) your choices would be limted to
    • Accept new terms
    • Terminate contract

I was charged €100 a month for x. I’m now getting x+2 for the same prize. I also understand x will be supplied at a lower rate but nothing class been confirmed.
