With the lockdown I picked up a brand new b&w laser printer, I went with a Brother HL-L2370DN
    https://www.photospecialist.ie/brother-hl-l2370dn-a4-laserprinter
and have been very happy with it the last 5 weeks.

We have printed less than a standard A4 bundle, 500 sheets, in it, regular pages, no background images or anything.

Just today it ran out of toner! What's going on?

I read reviews which suggested this was a workhorse printer, which is why I went for it.

    Has anyone one of these?

Can you recommended a toner source that won't break the bank at this rate?

The included toner cartridge has significantly less toner in it than a cartridge you'd buy on its own hence the low page count.

as above. I have a Brother laser Printer, they all come with 50% Toner as standard. The settings has Toner Save Mode, gives about an extra 15%.

Same as buying a DeskJet etc. You get free carts with the printer and they last no time at all.

Thanks guys, I never knew this about buying printers. I found some supplier that gets great reviews and lasts 3000 pages! We'll see, that would be 6 times this one!

Yep,, all printers come with 'test' toner. Enough to give you a good idea of the printer.

try 123 ink.. Great prices and fast delivery
