Hello I got a lean too done , last week.
The perplex from the start was quite loose.
The tech screws had no rubber under which concerns me as the perplex was so looses the metal on the screw is very likely to damage the sheets.
This was done by a qualified carpenter / builder.

I’m quite unhappy with this , appreciate any views thanks

The pack of screws have the washers included. He was just lazy.
    Have you paid him?

    This OP.
Tec screws generally have a cup washer and rubber already threaded onto the screw.

Even those that don't are supplied with the washers, this lad cut corners.
