If I leave Ireland next week

Will my PAYE income so far this year and/or after this date be taxed at the destination country’s regime? Would I get some kind of refund for 2020 PAYE paid to Ireland?

    More details:
-I’ll be in destination country for over half a year and Ireland for less than half
-I’ll still be working for an Irish employer remotely
-The destination country has double taxation treaty with Ireland

You need to talk to your employer as without a PAYE exclusion they would still have to deduct even when you leave. Google split year treatment and you will see that you can exclude foreign employment income once you are gone for long enough. (More than one full tax year.). Otherwise you would have to give full details of where your are heading etc. They might not have a tax year based on the calendar year (eg U.K.) and you might be tax resident there for the full year (ie including some of your Irish actual residence) and might seek to tax the Irish income. (The U.K. would not.)
