tomtop - asking for addtional postage weeks after order

Guys Got an email from tomtop today asking for 4 or 5 dollars extra for postage - saying logistics had changed - this is two weeks after I placed/paid for the order ! Just giving you a heads up in case you are buying from them - obviously I canceled the order.
