Compensation for lost income

    So, since it looks like the exams aren't going to go ahead now, are those of us who were appointed examiners entitled to anything for the lost income?
    I'm down something like 3000-4000, net, if I don't get to mark anything.

    I'm going to close this before it gets going as there is only one way it will go. Govt advice is if you have lost income, apply for covid 19 payment.

    spurious: Adding to this, there are many teachers who do not get regular hours and for whom losing the exams puts a big hole in their annual income. No reason why they could not apply for help.
