Hi, I have a tracker mortgage with you since 2008.
I’m looking to do some upgrades to my home and wondering if you offer top up mortgage on this?
If so what are the rules and terms?

Thanks for getting in touch with your top up mortgage query.

Yes you can certainly apply for a top up on your tracker mortgage with us.

An equity release or top-up mortgage is a separate loan that stands apart from the original mortgage and is available at our standard new business mortgage interest rates. It does not have any impact on the original mortgage to purchase the property. It’s worth having a chat with one of our mortgage specialists at 1890 365 345.

Many thanks
