Revenue fraud

An ex is bringing me to court looking for a payoff... That's ok, however she is claiming in a civil bill that she gave me €220 a week towards bills and my mortgage, she also put money into work in my house, ran a business, fed herself, holidays, ran a car and lived on 14k a year declared earnings to revenue from her business.
Here is the issue... The truth is that she gave me 70 a week not continuous I may add, which was for Bill's and rent of a room for her business.
The problem for her is that she is now lying about the declared 14k a year earnings to revenue and she is lying under oath as to what she gave me per week. Which is the worse of the two evils and can she be caught out by revenue?
Ive since learned there has been social fraud, LA housing fraud, medical card fraud involved over 12 years. Should I report everything I know and go as witness? Her whole family are it and the more I dig the worse it gets.
Anyone with advice on similar please pm me

An ex what: partner or legally married?
    .
Is the 14,000 an under reporting of income?
Her affidavit of means would need to show that she could support a payment of 220 a week. Are there bank statements or is it all cash?

On reporting SW/Revenue fraud, there is no such thing as witness in cases such as this, watching too much TV perhaps :)

Unless you have had evidence, its all hearsay, that is not to say that SW/Revenue won't look.

If you report her to Revenue and they find something, you'll have the report to bring to court. Would look better than a "he said, she said" scenario.

Ex partner not married but she is claiming cohabiting right therefore needs to show she paid money. She is completely lying and her solicitor is supporting her.
She is claiming crazy stuff, stuff that cannot be proved or in her mind be seen as unproven. It's all he said she said from her side! Yet my solicitor feels she will get money as her solicitor wont stop as he offered her no win no fee basis.
She put no money in my or her own bank account, no proof of money been handed over (cash), her earnings were cash in hand, she undeclared with help from her accountant. I can show proof of this from her appointment books which I kept. Everything from the house was paid by me, from my bank account and everything is in my name.
In theory she is claiming she warned 270 a week, gave me 220 to the mortgage, paid for jouse maintenance, fed herself, holidays, car loan, car costs, business costs and clothes on the renaming 50 a week. Yet no seems to think where did she get the money.
Her and her family have harassment me, destroyed my name, contacted my work place with allegations, cops were called to seemingly I cant touch them.
I am also now married with kids on the way but cant promise my wife and family security of our house until this goes away.
She had a RAS house under her name for ages and had her medical card, social information etc sent there all through her time living with me. She had her revenue details sent to my house. So there was more fraud.

If you have kept all the details and she has no receipts or proof, she hasn't a leg to stand on and shouldn't even get through the door of the court.
She says she gave you €220 a week out of her Gross earnings of €269 and so lived on €40-45 a week.
Best of luck explaining that if you take into account going out, hairdressers, car insurance, petrol etc.
If she can pay all the other expenses on less than €50 a week, send her over to my missus, she can teach her a thing or two.

I'd send a letter from another area with all the details of her frauds and let Revenue do some digging.
From knowing people in Revenue and the amount of work they have, it might take some time.

You would think she wouldn't be listened too but when she is offered no win no fee, her solicitor will fight to get anything and tell all sorts of lies...
    I've never heard the like
