Hi, we are now setting out to plan to build our own home in the next year and are looking for information regarding costs, we have our own land and well with a road opening if that helps, we have not yet applied for planning but we plan on building a bungalow, which is open plan and with 3 bedrooms around 1800sqft…

Talk to local planning agent.
Sort out finances now so you realistically know what you can afford to build, not afford to get planning for.
