I would like to get a telephone pole type of length of wood.
The idea is to use it as a kick or punch pole.

It may end up having some punch bag material around it.

    Any ideas please?

I thought you were looking for someone from Warsaw there for a minute...:)

If you haven't managed to get a pole yet you could try a building suppliers such as https://www.goodwins.ie/fence-posts/c-1348.html. I see that they have an outlet in Mulhuddart.

You could drive a good long fence pole into your garden for instance, without needing to concrete around the base.
