Apologies if this is in the incorrect area.
My partner wants to block Facebook and only this site from her iPhone 7. Problem seems to be that the only way to do this is to limit adult content, then Add the Facebook http etc. This blocks a lot of other sites that she dosent want blocked. Is there a way to only block this 1 site?

Depending on the router you have, you can set up a blacklist of sites. Might be the way to go.

Alternatively why not reset her password to Facebook and don’t tell her what it is?

Use Settings > Screen time > App Limit and give it a limit of 1 minute per day. Or just change Facebook password to jibberish.
