Our daughter 7, in Jan, has lost no teeth yet but now bottom front 2 are loose. The upcoming tooth is through the gum and well up, but in behind the front teeth a good bit. Anything to worry about here??
    Thanks

There is no need to worry.

There exists a range for normal tooth eruption/exfoliation and this is certainly within it.

Sometimes called shark teeth when this happens. Most likely will continue to come loose and be lost naturally.

Op, adult teeth are typically one third wider than baby teeth. There is usually not enough room for them to erupt into the same position as the baby teeth they are replacing, so they tend to erupt behind them. They are big teeth coming into a small jaw. Adult teeth are also slightly more curved at the front, so though it looks like the top edge is behind the baby teeth, the rest of the tooth is under them.

Don’t worry, this eruption pattern is normal, as the child’s face grows, there will be more room for teeth and they will look more aligned. The only think you have to do for now is keep them clean, not to many sweeties and get a nice little box for the baby teeth to be put under the pillow, they will be out soon.
