    Hello

    I had a very bad customer service live chat from Netflix this evening and cannot find a way to make an official complaint, all i could do was tick if the issue was resolved or not at the end of the live chat.

    I would like to actually send the transcript of the chat to somebody in netflix and have them follow up and give me feedback but Netflix does not seem to have a clear complaints structure and there is no way to escalate an issue to a supervisor within live chat.

    Anybody know of how to address a complaint and receive feedback from Netflix customer service?
