Avensis rear anti roll bar bushes

    If I jack the car on the ground as I’ve no lift or pit here once I remove the nut and bolt on the bracket holding the bush,will the bar move forward and can I get it back in place by hand if it does once the rubber bush is replaced.
    They’re split bushes.

    yes do both at the same time. take off both first then the bar will move enough to change them

    Thanks.Is it hard to get the bar back in position after doing this.is the bar loaded if it’s jacked on the jacking points under sills.

    Best to jack both sides at the same time or jack one side and leave down on something with wheel off the ground and then jack the other side
