Covid Payment issues

    I have tried to apply for covid 19 payments over a month ago, as I am in the high risk group, nothing but issues since as at first my GP didn’t give me all necessary forms after this was sorted I was emailed to be told a medical cert was missing even though all have been sent, after that was sorted got told the codes given by the gp don’t entitle me to the enhanced illness payment and only ordinary illness will apply, does this mean I’m not entitled to the covid payment and if so, does anyone know what to do now?

    Had you been working until March ?? If so not really sure what the issue is
