    Hi,
I've a couple of swallows after moving into my garage. I'd love to set up a camera to watch the nest. The garage is too far away from the house to pick up the WiFi but it does have power. Any thoughts?

that looks class, loved the time lapse function as well.
But is there a live camera that i could look at through my phone or are these huge money?

A GSM security camera or a "calving" camera would work. About 300 euro should get with semi decent features.

Other options are network plug adaptors to and use a normal wifi camera but that is dependant on how the garage is wired if it will work. Thats how I got wifi on my garage. It cost about 100 euro for a decent plug adaptor but can be sourced quite cheaply 2nd hand.

Savage, a wifi extender could be the job. Do you you have a link to the kind of thing you that you used. Sorry for being a pain, just not sure what to look for and thanks a million for the responses

I use a TP - Link very similar to the AV600 kit in the link below, looks like prices have dropped as well.

Yes its quite easy, I would set it up first and test indoors before you take it to the garage. Mine just plug in but some need synchronizing. Also a point to note is that they do not work from an extension lead, they need to be plugged directly to the primary socket to function.
