    Hi All,

Hopefully someone will be able to help us out.

We noticed at around 2pm that the cold water wasn't working but the hot water was still working. We just assumed there was in issue in the area and the hot water was what was left in the tank. We checked with the neighbours and they havent had any issues.

The pump for the water tank then started making a loud screeching sound. We still had hot water, although the pressure seemed intermittent.

I tried turning off the hot water and leaving on the cold supply but that didnt seem to make any difference. I've played around with all all the valves but nothing changes. The pump is an M330N pump.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Perhaps rather than delete this, you could detail the solution. It might help others.
