Facebook business page - how to stop followers receiving constant notifications

Hi, I have a business page set which I intend to post information on to several community Facebook groups. My page has plenty of followers which I would prefer not to annoy by spamming them with notifications of my posts to the community group pages. Is there a way of turning off post notifications to my followers? Thanks
