Classic Bosch 24v drill question

I was just having a look at my old gbh 24v in the shed there for you

The battery you list on the ebay auction is same type as mine would have taken

But the listing with the drill shows the pod type battery and mentions this in the listing

From what I can see the 2 battery's on the ebay listing wont fit as the side of the trigger handle looks shorter where the older batterys used to slide along a rail and the clip for releasing clicked into the end of the handle

The Otype battery looks half the length of the ebay one you posted

Looks to me like the charger could charge both types but only the pod type batterys would fit in the drill

I could prob take a photo for you if you need ?
    J

I see what you mean looking over the listing and othe GBH 24v drills on ebay.
They do look a tiny bit different (good eyes :) )

Batterys look a good deal more expensive for mine too.

Duracell do their own range of batteries

Not recommending or work for them just saying
obviously wouldn't buy any now without getting the drill first

Keep saying I will repair the one i have
It fell off the ladder and a chunk broke off the motor armature
second hand motor can be had on ebay for 20 quid

Fabulous drill will go through anything :-)

Lovely drill that. They're a trooper.

I believe this is what your looking for. Mines the same drill but the batteries have a longer stem into the drill than the ones you linked and two large button presses either side.

My batteries have Bosch d-70745 24v 2AH written on them. They're OEM but search that code if looking for oem or similar branded

Also note if ordering off Amazon you may have to use parcel motel or addresspal for these
