    Wouldn't be keen on the lentils myself but everything else gets a big thumbs up from me.

    He's a good guy to teach without over complicating things.

    A great show. Hopefully in the future Nevin will get more of these programs. His interviewing technique is refreshing, he just asks simple questions and is genuinely interested in the answers. Makes a change from all the shouty chefs with big egos.

    Another thing I liked about this series is it shows the local food scene in each location.

    also some wonderful scenery and the weather looks glorious!
