WiFi problem

    Good Evening,

    I have Virgin Media Wifi, tonight the two laptops have stopped working on the Wifi. I turned it on and off and now mobiles work on everything but the laptop will work on google and boards but nothing else? Please help!

    It's very odd haven't seen that before besides a work environment, I'd start at resetting the router and reconnect everything or have another beer and it might have fixed itself by then.

    Did a hard reset on the modem. Still broken, might just leave it overnight and see in the morning if it has fixed itself.

    Turn everything off, do a full blackout, then reset everything including phones, sometimes one can cause an issue...

    Leave off for a few minutes

    It's happened again. Two laptops. Mobiles all ok. Any ideas?
