I keep panicking when I see Liverpool pulled out of the Anelka deal 16 years ago on the Soccer forum...

You need to refresh the page

Yeah, it's been throwing up the oldest available threads on first pages for me for a while. Have to refresh it three or four times, first world problems, but, still, a bit of a pain in the arse.

Nearly unusable now. Even going into threads now instead if opening it just opens the forum page again and half the time back to the 12 yr old pages. Pain in the arse

If they want to break boards, this is as good a way as any.

You need to refresh the page

    Yeah 57 times.

Then you click the thread you want, then have to click refresh another 57 times.

Full desktop site is the only way to navigate boards, can’t understand why anyone would use the mobile or touch sites or whatever they are called.

Because they're using their mobile or touch screen device.

Because trying to use the desktop site on a mobile is like :66EYTDr.png

Note:ironically I had to use the desktop site to give me the advanced functionality to put in the picture :D

The full site on a phone is absolute dirt.

Is that “responsive” site they were pushing a while back still around?

I keep getting error 404 on the mobile site.
Might have to hit home 5 times for it to load.

now that you mention it, it seems to be working fine, apart from the home page...

I use the full desktop site and always have on my phone the other sites are horrific, you have no idea what’s going on when them or where anything is. Also only stopped using the old legacy site when forced to in the last few months never mind using them mobile sites, I’d have to quit using boards if I was forced to use them.

I’d assume you have heard of zooming in?

There's no way anyone could realistically use the desktop version on a phone unless their screen was 20 inches across.

How do you click links? They're absolutely tiny on a phone.

The responsive site was junk but the touch one is fantastic.

I just zoom in and out all the time as I go. Second nature to me, have my two thumbs on the screen and scroll around and zoom in and out without even thinking about it.

The desktop site has no way of fitting a mobile screen unless you always read it sideways and like scrolling - a lot. That said all the features are there, m and touch.boards has none at all really.

Yep, on both desktop and touch sites it’s been terrible. I’m glad it’s not just me!!!
