Trying to add a payee. Text not arriving.

    I’m trying to add a payee on the app.
    All details input, I have to add a code I’ll get by text, but the text doesn’t arrive.
    How can I add a payee without the text?

    Thanks for contacting us here today.

    Any new payees added need to be activated with a security code before funds can be transferred. Can I ask, have you registered and activated your mobile number to receive security codes?
