    Hi,

Is it possible to submit a transaction dispute with scanned documents by email?

The only options on the form are by post (which is difficult at the minute for obvious reasons) or by fax.

    Thanks!

    Hi JD1763

Thanks for taking the time today to check this here with us.

A present, yes the only option is to post or fax the dispute with any relevant documents. We understand the difficulties at present and will certainly forward these to our Charge Back Team.

    Many thanks
    Alison
