You can apply online. Unless it's your 3rd+ renewal

How can I renew my license currently? I see that all normal licenses are extended 4 months but don't know. My license expired on the 13/07/19. I had planned on renewing it but hadn't been driving. Could anyone advise on the steps on renewing my provisional currently?

Can't see how I could do most of these currently

As a related question. I have a C learner permit which is expired, got it but never got around to doing anything with it. Can I just renew it or do I need to do the whole multiple choice questions lark again i.e start all over again ?
