can I Removing patio door(double sliding door) and adding window with wall as well without needing to get planning permission?

If so, does anyone have experience or what roughly this costs?

Yes its the back of the house.

Currently have two back doors, one has a double panel sliding door and the other just a normal door.

I not sure which job be best but approx 3 grand I think would be fine along I dont need bother with planning
