How to see ownership of a folio

    As the title says .
    I'm the joint owner of a folio, but while I can view the folio on a map of, I've been to the PRAI and land registry sites as a guest but I can't figure out how to see the owners.
    I'm trying to see if a proposed change of ownership that I now don't want to do has gone ahead

    I think you need to pay to see it, we paid 5 euro to see who owns our neighbour's house.

    You order it online at landdirect.ie - click on 'proceed as guest', search the folio number and you can pay €5, using debit/credit card, and it's emailed to you straight away. I did it during the week.

    jayus its an awful website. took me ages to find where to view it
