Not sure if this is the correct forum, so feel free to move.

I was chattinng to my cousin the other day and he mentioned that his dad (my uncle) is cracking up at home with boredom. He's a retired commercial pilot (around 15 years), but still has a passion for flying and has load of FS games on his PC.

I was just thinking, is there any platform for retired pilots where they can train people online? e.g. doing an online zoom with flight sim running and users could ask questions and learn basics of flying, navigation, saftey, etc.

Or is there any platform where he could sign up to be an online trainer?

I think it's something he might love to do.

    Barney224,
I'm not sure about an online training academy as such.....but it would depend on the platform he is using. I'm unsure about the EPS sims but, as far as I'm aware XPlane has online trainer Smart Co-Pilot form Sky4Crew and the yet to be released Shared Flight from FlyJsim. Smart Co-Pilot is €19.95 for one license and €30 for two. Communication would (I assume) would be over team speak, and video via OBS (or the like)
I'm unsure as to whether or not P3D has an instructor console(The PRO version does I think), but it is definitely present in XP.
