    I have a ultegra 11/28 that came with a trainer I bought. I use 10 speed so it's spare.

    I could post for €45

    Is as new really, it was fitted and might have got a spin in a shop (before I bought the trainer) and definitely zero road use.

    Take a look at the pix, there is no wear.

    I haven't done parcel motel but doubt it can be too complicated so it should be an option.
